1. You send your document or query to us via the Submit Work and Contact Us page.

2. We will send you a quote and an estimate of when work will be completed - we aim to respond to all initial submissions/queries within two working hours**.

3. You complete payment securely by bank transfer or PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to send payments this way). If you would like to pay by other means, please feel free to contact us to make alternative arrangements.

4. Once payment has cleared, we will complete the work and return two documents to you: one will be a tracked changes document, so you can see exactly what changes have been made. The other will be the completed document without the changes on display, ready for you to review and use.

5. Where possible, documents are returned in two working days or less, following receipt of payment. If you require work to be completed quicker, please select the “Express” option when submitting your document. If this option is selected, work will be returned in six working hours or less, where possible (additional charge applies).

Documents submitted to us are treated with the utmost confidentiality. You retain sole ownership and copyright, and after fourteen days all documents are permanently deleted from our system. Your personal details are used by us solely for communicating with you, and we will never sell or disclose any of your details to third parties.
*Prices shown are for guideline purposes and are subject to change. Occasionally, for work of a particularly complex nature, we may have to apply a small supplementary charge. Dissertation rate of £65 applies to dissertations/theses of up to 20,000 words. For larger pieces of work, an additional charge may apply. Minimum charge for any work is £5.00, and word count is rounded to the nearest 300 words for pricing purposes.
**Working hours are 9am - 6pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Documents are returned within two working days wherever possible - particularly long or complex pieces of work may take longer. We will provide an accurate return date when we send you your quote.
Please note: Stickler believes in helping students to get the best grade possible by ironing out avoidable mistakes and helping to make your work as good as it can be, but we will not write your work for you. Stickler reserves the right to decline work that involves plagiarised content. Any document that is found to be plagiarised or in breach of copyright laws will be returned, and no further work will be carried out on the document.
